In 2021, Artissima and Fondazione per l’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea CRT launched Beyond Production: a dialogue to stimulate and spread reflections on the most innovative trends in art, investigating their relationship with the transformations of the society, while making works of art and the historical and cultural value of collecting the central focus. After the first edition, which explored the phenomenon of NFTs, which at the time had just entered the debate in the art world and elsewhere, in 2022 the second chapter delves into an equally controversial, complex and sophisticated theme, namely that of the Metaverse.

The talk will present the new project “METAmorphosis”, with the participation of Ilaria Bonacossa (Director of the National Museum of Digital Art), Samuele Piazza (Senior Curator of OGR Torino), Bernabò Visconti di Modrone (Founder and CEO at Artshell S.r.l) and Miriam Loro Piana (attorney in the law firm LCA), as well as announcing the four galleries and four artists taking part. As in the last edition, one of the four artists will be the winner of the OGR Award.
