The volume, included in the Scritti series, Dario Cimorelli publisher, is dedicated to the figures of the collectors Giorgio and Anna Fasol. Through a reconstruction of their long career, the publication is dedicated to the world of collecting, highlighting its most salient features, in particular the lesser-known ones that distinguish the true collector from the buyer (whether curious, predatory or business oriented) of whom today the world of art abounds. For the Fasol couple, passion and imagination are the necessary ingredients to grasp the meaning of art and lead young people towards those paths that allow the expansion of knowledge. Their life, studded with meetings, interviews, partnerships, passions, was spent in exhibitions, fairs and biennials in the constant search for the unexpected. With the idea of ​​giving new life to the works of their collection, Anna and Giorgio Fasol decided to donate a substantial part of it to the University of Verona so that to create a widespread Museum, conceived as a laboratory devoted to research.
