The factor of patronage has taken on greater importance in the relations between institutions and artists, favouring not only the possibility for artists to develop their work with great force and potential, but also fostering stronger identity and project-oriented action for institutions. The talk investigates the theme of patronage from the viewpoints of different types of institutions, emphasizing how this practice can be approached in its multiple possibilities.
